Since 2007, Dance Umbrella has presented family-friendly, free-to-view
events which have proved popular with thousands of Londoners. bodies
in urban spaces
is an intriguing trail, in which 20 performers lead the
audience through some of London’s most atmospheric public spaces.

Live body sculptures are set up quickly and exist fleetingly before
the acrobatic performers disengage themselves and move on. The
route is revealed as the work progresses, leaving it to the audience
to follow the performers and discover the next installation. The colourful
body sculptures offer a new and imaginative perspective on well-known
spaces and architecture, as well as displaying astounding physical prowess.
