A Brief Encounter with...Vincent Dance Theatre

TEST RUN is an escalating, looping solo performed by Polish dancer Janusz Orlik, accompanied by violinists Patrycja Kujawska and Matt Howden, and directed by Charlotte Vincent. Driven by rich and multi-layered live music, TEST RUN is a complex, circular game of stop/start, exposing the personal demands placed on one dancer to avoid public meltdown.

Brief Encounters is a Dance Umbrella initiative which provides a platform for both talented new choreographers and short works by established artists. These works are performed prior to main stage shows.
