Laila Diallo, until recently a member of Random Dance Company, presents an intimate duet in collaboration with dancer Theo Clinkard, co-director of Probe. Between the Shingle and the Dune evokes tales of distance and nearness and captures moments of togetherness.

Brief Encounters is a Dance Umbrella initiative which provides a platform for both talented new choreographers and short works by established artists. These works are performed prior to main stage shows.
