The Unknown, by Cécile Feza Bushidi, is a lyrical and powerful evocation of intimacy and (mis)communication between two individuals with different world views: an elderly man and a young woman.

The Unknown is part of Dance Umbrella’s Brief Encounter series, in which short works by talented new choreographers or established artists are performed prior to main stage shows.
